Broken Structure

A single large lightbox in which a built structure is caught in the moment of coming apart.

Broken Structure is a one metre square photographic lightbox printed on acrylic. The image records a construction that is neither finished nor ruined, a state that recurs across Ngọc Nâu's work on the transformation of Thái Nguyên.
